1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TALIVO ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

TALIVO is a personal task management application for iOS. The app provides features such as task creation and management, scheduling, reminders, recurring tasks, color customization, and productivity tracking. All features are available to all users for free. Data is stored locally on your device and can optionally be synced across your Apple devices via iCloud.

3. User Accounts

TALIVO does not require or provide user accounts. No registration, login, or personal credentials are needed to use the app.

4. iCloud and Data Sync

If iCloud is enabled on your device, your data is synced using Apple CloudKit within your private iCloud container. We do not control Apple's iCloud infrastructure. Your data is subject to Apple's terms and storage limits. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient iCloud storage.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the app (tasks, notes, photos). You are solely responsible for your content. You agree not to use the app for unlawful or harmful purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TALIVO only for its intended purpose. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or access the source code
• Use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Bypass security features
• Interfere with the app's functionality
• Use automated systems in a way that exceeds normal usage

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, icons, and trademarks in TALIVO are owned by the developer and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use the developer's branding.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We also do not guarantee that data synced via iCloud will always be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for any data loss, synchronization issues, or other technical problems arising from the use of the app.

10. Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services such as Apple iCloud. These services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their practices.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the app or any part of its services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app ends.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding the use of the app.
